Leaf Peeping in Vermont

I’ve been busy. You should see my mess. The Vermont Craft Council is holding their Open Studio Weekend tomorrow and Sunday all over Vermont. Artists open their studios and you can visit to see what they do, how they do it, where they do it. And support your local artists by buying art!

I’m making the preparations for this my very first open studio. My work space at home is teeny. So Luki Ianuzzi my talented Raku artist friend neighbor offered for me to share his space. How exciting for me, a new avenue to smatter the world with colors.

The work for this show will be more painterly, art for art’s sake, not so illustrative and perfectly perfect. I have had a blast painting. Here’s one piece, about the leaves I see out my window.

My art will be at Wilder Farm Inn on Route 100 and Airport Road, north of Waitsfield and south of Moretown.

Peace all
